**Return and Exchange Policy – NYSA**

At NYSA, we take pride in crafting beautiful handmade jewelry and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

**1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:**
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for **damaged**, **defective**, or **incorrect items**.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized jewelry unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within **7 days** of delivery.

**2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:**
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us at **snehavazegudgila@gmail.com** with the following details:
  - Order number
  - Reason for return/exchange
  - Photos of the item (in case of damage or defect)
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

we have 7 days return policy customers has to report within 7 days of delivery date if it take more than 7 days we are not accepting any returns 

**3. Return Shipping:**
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, NYSA will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

**4. Refunds:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process and credited your account within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

**5. Exchanges:**
- If you prefer an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

**6. Non-Returnable Items:**
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional event
- Worn or damaged items due to customer mishandling

**7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within **48 hours** of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
